Terms & Conditions – Win a Trip to Mauritius Competition

Competition Overview

1.1 The Win a Trip to Mauritius competition (“Competition”) is organized by Rest Assured Beds, a division of Strandfoam Group (Pty) Ltd (“Organizer”). 1.2 The Competition runs from 1 April 2025 to 30 June 2025 after which no further entries will be accepted. 1.3 By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility

2.1 The Competition is open to residents of South Africa, aged 18 years or older. 2.2 Participants must purchase a Rest Assured Bed Set* from an approved retailer within the competition period to qualify. 2.3 Employees of Beachcomber Tours and Strandfoam Group are excluded from entering or winning this competition.

How to Enter

3.1 To enter, participants must:

• Purchase a Rest Assured Bed Set at an approved retailer nationwide.

• Scan the QR code in-store or visit www.restassured.co.za/winmauritius/

• Complete the entry form with their full name, contact details, and email address.

• Upload a valid proof of purchase (till slip or invoice).

3.2 Each valid purchase qualifies for one entry. 3.3 Incomplete or incorrect entries will be disqualified.

Prize Details

4.1 Five Lucky Shoppers will receive a trip to Mauritius for two adults sharing a room.

4.2 The 4-star Mauricia Beachcomber Resort & Spa holiday package inclusions:

• Return economy class airfare from Johannesburg

• Approximate airport taxes

• Return seat-in-coach transfers

• 5 nights’ accommodation in a Standard Double Room

• Breakfast and dinner daily

• Land & motorised water sports per Beachcomber brochure

• Daily and evening entertainment

4.3 The prize excludes:

• Items of a personal nature and items not specified above

• Gratuities and porterage

• Meals and drinks not mentioned

• Tours/sightseeing not mentioned

• Travel insurance

4.4 The trip is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be redeemed by 30 September 2026 as travel needs to be completed by this date.

4.5 The winner must have a valid passport and be eligible to travel. Any visa fees, travel insurance, or personal expenses are the responsibility of the winner.

Winner Selection & Notification

5.1 Winners will be selected randomly from verified entries. 5.2 The draw will take place on 4th July 2025 and winners will be notified via email and phone. 5.3 If a winner does not respond within 3 days, an alternate winner will be selected. 5.4 Winners may be required to provide verification, including proof of purchase and identification. 5.5 Winners agree that Rest Assured Beds may publish their name and photographic images on the company’s marketing platforms, including the website, newsletter, and social media accounts. 5.6 After winners are selected, the contact information for Beachcomber Resort will be provided to each winner, along with a travel voucher to facilitate direct engagement with the resort for prize redemption and travel arrangements.

General Conditions

6.1 The Organizer reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify participants who fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions. 6.2 The Organizer will not be responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or incomplete submissions. 6.3 The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. 6.4 By entering, participants grant permission for their name and likeness to be used in promotional materials without compensation. 6.5 Rest Assured Beds and Strandfoam Group assume no liability for any direct or indirect loss, damage, personal injuries, or claims arising in connection with this competition. 6.6 The competition is subject to all applicable South African laws and regulations.

Privacy Policy

7.1 Personal data collected during the Competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties. 7.2 By entering, participants agree to receive competition-related communications via email or phone. 7.3 The Organizer warrants that it shall comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) No.4 of 2013 in handling all personal data.

Cancellation & System Failures

8.1 Rest Assured Beds reserves the right to cancel or suspend the competition at any time. 8.2 No member of Rest Assured Beds or Strandfoam Group is responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, or internet malfunctions affecting competition entries.
